On March 16, 2020, Turning Point Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019 and providing a corporate update. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
