Explanation of Responses:

1. Each share is represented by a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU"). The RSUs will fully vest on January 1, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service as of that date.

2. Shares held following the reported transaction include 17,357 RSUs, which are subject to forfeiture until they vest.

3. Number of shares reflects transfer of 11,920 shares from direct holdings to deWilde Family Trust, of which the Reporting Person is co-trustee.

4. The shares are held of record by the Reporting Person and the Reporting Person's spouse as co-trustees of the deWilde Family Trust.
