On July 16, 2019, Enlivex Therapeutics Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (“Enlivex”), issued a press release, announcing the dual listing of its ordinary shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, effective July 22, 2019, under the symbol ENLV. Enlivex’s ordinary shares will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
