On November 3, 2020, Enlivex Therapeutics Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Israeli Ministry of Health has authorized the initiation of a proposed Company-sponsored Phase IIb clinical trial evaluating Allocetra^TM in sepsis patients.
