Item 8.01 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On March 31, 2023, Dorian LPG Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the delivery of a dual-fuel very large gas carrier to its fleet under a 13-year bareboat charter. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
