Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 11, 2024, performance awards under the EQT Corporation (the "Company") 2021 Incentive Performance Share Unit Program (the "2021 IPSUP") vested and were paid out in common stock of the Company.

2. Includes accrued dividends.

3. The Company, consistent with its practice, withheld shares to satisfy the tax liability associated with the vesting and payout of awards under the 2021 IPSUP. There was no transaction in the market.
