Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 4, 2021, Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. (“RYAM”) issued a press release announcing, effective immediately, RYAM will increase prices for all its Cellulose Specialties products by a minimum 15-30% depending on product grade, as contracts allow. The purpose of this increase is to help RYAM offset the accelerating impacts of cost inflation throughout its global supply chain.

A copy of RYAM’s press release announcing the price increase is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
