Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 4, 2019, Greenpro Capital Corp. (the “Company”) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with B&G Capital Resources (“B&G”) and the Kingsley EduGroup (“Kingsley”) to launch the Malaysia My Second Home (“MM2H”) program for the residents of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. The Company, along with B&G and Kingsley, intends to provide a total package of investment and educational opportunities from the MM2H program in Malaysia. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
