Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 3, 2020 JRSS signed an Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Letter Agreement with StockVest of Celebration Florida. The Agreement has a term of three months, during which StockVest will launch a market awareness campaign for JRSS and perform various other public and investor relations services. In full compensation for StockVest's services, JRSS has issued to StockVest forty thousand restricted shares of JRSS common stock.
