1. Price reported is the weighted average sale price for shares sold by the reporting owner on July 16, 2024. Shares were sold at a variety of prices ranging from $23.00 to $23.12.

2. Vested in four equal annual installments beginning March 1, 2020.

3. Vested in four equal annual installments beginning September 24, 2019.

Remarks:

The reporting person adopted a written plan for the sale of the Company's common shares intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Exchange Act Rule 10b5-1(c) on March 7, 2024. All transactions reported herein were made pursuant to that plan.
