1. These shares were allocated during the fourth quarter pursuant to the Old Second Bancorp, Inc. Salary & Savings Plan. Information herein was provided by the Plan Trustee as of 12-31-24.

2. Included in this total are 75,300 shares held jointly with spouse with a broker and 46,457 shares held jointly with spouse outright.

3. Of this total, 34,385 shares are time-based restricted stock units with a three-year cliff vesting from the day of the grant and 34,385 shares of performance-based restricted stock units that may vest and convert to shares based on approved performance metrics.
