Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 1, 2020, Mr. Yong Seng Yip (“Mr. Yong”) resigned from the position of Director of the Company. Mr. Yong’s departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company. Mr. Yong was appointed as Director of the Company on March 30, 2019. The Company is grateful to Mr. Yong for his service.
