Stockholder Meeting Notice Meridian Bancorp, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Peabody, Massachusetts Office of East Boston Savings Bank, 67 Prospect Street, Peabody, Massachusetts, at 11:00 a.m. Local Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RECOMMENDS A VOTE "FOR" PROPOSALS 1, 2 AND 3 AND FOR “1 YEAR” ON PROPOSAL 4. 1. Election of Directors: 01 – Marilyn A. Censullo 02 – Russell L. Chin 03 – Richard J.
