Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 47,578 restricted stock units granted under the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. The restricted stock units vest in full on December 31, 2023. This grant of restricted stock units was approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer on February 10, 2023, contingent upon stockholder approval of an amendment to the Company's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan under which the restricted stock units were granted, which was approved by stockholders on June 7, 2023.
