Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 21, 2023, Griffin Realty Trust (the “Registrant” or the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its plan to pursue a listing of the Registrant’s common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (the “Listing”). The Registrant also announced that in preparation for the Listing, the Registrant is suspending its share redemption program (“SRP”), effective upon the ten business days’ notice required under the SRP. The SRP will terminate in connection with the Listing in light of the fact a secondary market will exist for the Company’s common shares. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
