(5) Pursuant to Rule 415(a)(6) under the Securities Act, the Registrant is applying filing fees of $3,668.19 relating to $33,622,250.00 of unsold securities registered pursuant to its Registration Statement on Form F-3, originally filed by the Registrant on September 13, 2021, amended by Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to Form F-3 on Form S-3 Registration Statement on March 25, 2022 and declared effective on April 1, 2022, to partially offset the registration fee of $22,140 that would otherwise be due in connection with this registration statement. As a result, $18,451.81 is being remitted herewith.
