Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K is the final report of the Inspector of Election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Atlantica Yield plc (the “Company”) held on May 11, 2016, reporting that the shareholders approved all resolutions at the Annual General Meeting.
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 11, 2016, the shareholders of the Company also approved a resolution to change the Company’s registered name to Atlantica Yield plc, which the Company filed with the Registrar of Companies in the United Kingdom on May 13, 2016.
The Company made certain modifications to their Articles of Association and on May 11, 2016 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the shareholders of the Company also approved the adoption of the modified Articles of Association. A copy of the Articles of Association is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this Form 6-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
