March 30, 2021 – On March 1, 2021 Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc (“Atlantica”) entered into the sixth amendment to its Revolving Credit Facility according to which the principal amount was increased from $425 million to $450 million and maturity was extended until December 2023.
In addition, the lenders under the Revolving Credit Facility may extend the maturity of all or any portion of their commitments and/or loans for additional consecutive 365 day periods upon Atlantica's request, subject to certain conditions.
