Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On February 9, 2024, the reporting person was granted 24,683 restricted stock units, vesting in three annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date

3. The Form 4 originally filed on February 13, 2024, inadvertently over-reported the number of restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of restricted stock units granted to and held by the reporting person.
