Explanation of Responses:

1. This RSU vests as to one fourth (1/4th) of the units subject to the RSU on August 15, 2024 and one sixteenth (1/16th) every three months thereafter subject to Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.

2. This option vests as to one fourth (1/4th) of the shares subject to the option on June 1, 2024, and one forty-eighth (1/48th) of the shares subject to the option will vest each month thereafter subject to Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.
