Item 8.01. Other Events
On October 10, 2023, Nemaura Medical Inc. (the “Company”) determined to cancel its annual meeting of stockholders that was scheduled for October 20, 2023 and to withdraw from consideration by the Company’s stockholders the proposals set forth in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 8, 2023. The Company will reschedule its annual meeting of stockholders at a later date prior to the Company’s March 31, 2024 fiscal year end.
