Explanation of Responses:

1. The merger between PetVivo Holdings, Inc. and Gel Del Technologies was finalized on 3/15/17 and made effective on 4/10/17. Pursuant to the merger becoming effective David Masters received an additional 1,540,761 shares of PetVivo Holdings, Inc. stock in exchange for his 1,930,294 shares of Gel-Del stock.
