2. Disposed of pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of May 2, 2018 by and among Annaly Capital Management, Inc. ("Annaly"), MTGE Investment Corp. and Mountain Merger Sub Corporation in exchange for $299,022 and 2,380 shares of Annaly common stock.
