On February 3, 2016, Weatherford International plc (“we” or the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
On February 4, 2016, we will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. eastern time (“ET”), 7:30 a.m. central time (“CT”), regarding the quarterly results for the Company’s fourth quarter ended December 31, 2015. This scheduled conference call was previously announced on November 6, 2015.
