Regaining of Minimum Bid Price Compliance
As previously reported, on March 1, 2019, the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) notified the Registrant that its Class A common shares failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of Nasdaq.
Since then, Nasdaq has determined that for 10 consecutive business days, from June 14, 2019 to June 27, 2019, the closing bid price of the Registrant’s Class A common shares has been at $1.00 per share or greater.
On June 28, 2019, Nasdaq notified the Registrant that it has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
