2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares of common stock of Sunnova Energy International Inc. ("Common Stock") were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $18.75 to $19.70. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Sunnova Energy International Inc., any security holder thereof, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares of Common Stock purchased at each separate price within the such range.

3. These Non-qualified Stock Options will vest July 29, 2020, subject to continued employment.
