Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes shares of restricted stock which vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on December 14, 2019.

2. Stock options vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on December 15, 2018.

3. Stock options vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on December 16, 2017.

4. Stock options vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on December 16, 2016.

5. The investment club owns a total of 2,200 shares of the issuer's common stock. Mr. Burchianti has a 10% interest in the investment club and disclaims beneficial ownership with respect to 1,980 shares.

6. The Form 4 filed on February 14, 2019 incorrectly indicated Mr. Burchianti's spouse purchased 7 shares of Issuer common stock. This transaction did not occur.
