Item 8.01 Other Items
As previously announced, on July 6, 2016, the Registrant’s Board of Directors unanimously approved to change the name of the Registrant from “Tech Foundry Ventures, Inc.” to “Nevada Canyon Gold Corp.” by amending Article One of the Registrant’s Articles of Incorporation. The name change was processed by the Nevada Secretary of State and effective on July 6, 2016.
The Registrant filed for a symbol change with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and was given the new symbol “NGLD” that is effective as of July 28, 2016. The Company obtained a new CUSIP number (64130W108) in connection with the name change.
