| 3. Deferred share units vested on April 19, 2021. Mr. Rintoul retired from the Company on the close of business of June 30, 2022. The Company expects to deliver shares and cash to Mr. Rintoul to settle the the DSUs in January 2023 in accordance with his award agreement. |
