1. A portion of the reporting person's restricted stock units (1,067) granted on February 17, 2020 vested on May 1, 2023. Upon vesting, 483 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.

2. A portion of the reporting person's restricted stock units (1,474) granted on February 15, 2021 vested on May 1, 2023. Upon vesting, 667 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.
