| Basis of Presentation | Note 1 Basis of Presentation While the information presented in the accompanying financial statements for the three months ended July 31, 2015 and 2014 is unaudited, it includes all adjustments which are, in the opinion of management, necessary to present fairly the financial position, results of operations and cash flows for the interim period presented in accordance with the accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. In the opinion of management, all adjustments considered necessary for a fair presentation of the results of operations and financial position have been included and all such adjustments are of a normal recurring nature. The accompanying condensed financial statements should be read in conjunction with the Companys audited financial statements (and notes thereto) for the years ended April 30, 2015 and 2014 included elsewhere in the Companys 10K. Operating results for the three months ended July 31, 2015 are not necessarily indicative of the results that can be expected for the year ending April 30, 2016. |

| Nature of Operations and Ability To Continue As A Going Concern | Note 2 Nature of Operations and Ability to Continue as a Going Concern The Company was incorporated in the state of Nevada, United States of America on April 9, 2014. The Company was formed for the purpose of acquiring and developing mineral properties. The Companys year-end is April 30. These consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applicable to a going concern, which assumes that the Company will be able to meet its obligations and continue its operations for its next fiscal year. Realization values may be substantially different from carrying values as shown and these financial statements do not give effect to adjustments that would be necessary to the carrying values and classification of assets and liabilities should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern. The Company has yet to achieve profitable operations, has accumulated losses of $ 56,545 since its inception and expects to incur further losses in the development of its business, all of which casts substantial doubt about the Companys ability to continue as a going concern. The Companys ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon its ability to generate future profitable operations and/or to obtain the necessary financing from shareholders or other sources to meet its obligations and repay its liabilities arising from normal business operations when they come due. Management has no formal plan in place to address this concern but considers that the Company will be able to obtain additional funds by equity financing and/or related party advances, however there is no assurance of additional funding being available or on acceptable terms, if at all. The consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded assets, or the amounts of and classification of liabilities that might be necessary in the event the company cannot continue in existence. |

| Summary of Significant Accounting Policies | Note 3 Summary of Significant Accounting Policies The consolidated financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America and are stated in US dollars. Because a precise determination of many assets and liabilities is dependent upon future events, the preparation of financial statements for a period necessarily involves the use of estimates, which may have been made using careful judgment. Actual results may vary from these estimates. The preparation of these unaudited financial statements is based on accounting principles and practices consistent with those used in the preparation of the audited financial statements as at April 30, 2015. The accompanying financial statements should be read in conjunction with the Companys audited financial statements for the years ended April 30, 2015 and 2014. |

| Related Party Transactions | Note 4 Related Party Transactions Management considers all Directors, Officers and persons with a significant influence over the operations of the Company to be related parties. On April 28, 2014, the Company President loaned $23,000 to the Company and the Company issued a promissory note in the amount of $23,000. The promissory note is unsecured, bears interest at 6% per annum, and matures on December 31, 2018. During the three month period ended July 31, 2015 the Company charged interest expense of $347 (three month period ended July 31, 2014 - $355 ) pursuant to this note payable. Total accrued interest on this note as of July 31, 2015 was $1,735 (April 30, 2015 - $1,388 ) On June 29, 2015, the Company President loaned $7,000 to the Company and the Company issued a promissory note in the amount of $7,000. The promissory note is unsecured, bears interest at 6% per annum, and matures on December 31, 2018. During the three month period ended July 31, 2015 the Company charged interest expense of $37 (three month period ended July 31, 2014 - $nil) respectively pursuant to this note payable. Total accrued interest on this note as of July 31, 2015 was $37 (April 30, 2015 - $nil). |
