Item 7.01          Regulation FD Disclosure.

On Thursday, March 11, 2021, members of the management team from Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the parent company of Reliant Bank, will be meeting with investors at the Raymond James Virtual Investor Meetings. As part of the Company’s presentation at the virtual meetings, the Company will present slides. In addition, the Company posted to its website, www.reliantbank.com, the materials (the “Presentation”) that management intends to use during the virtual conference. A copy of the slide Presentation is attached as Exhibits 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8‑K (this “Report”) and are incorporated herein by reference.
