Section 1 - Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01 - Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 4, 2016, AmericaTowne, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Transfer Agent Agreement with Island Stock Transfer. Island Stock Transfer will serve as the Company’s new transfer agent. The Company’s former transfer agent - Issuer Direct, has forwarded correspondence to all shareholders of record announcing its termination as transfer agent. The Company will be contacting shareholders to advise them of the change in transfer agent to Island Stock Transfer.
