1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs"). The RSUs vest on February 24, 2017.

2. Includes 4,000 shares acquired under the MobileIron, Inc. 2014 Employee Stock Purchase Plan on February 15, 2017.

3. Represents shares withheld by MobileIron, Inc. in order to satisfy Reporting Person's tax obligation.

4. The Reporting Person previously made an irrevocable election effective as of December 7, 2016 to sell only the number of shares of common stock necessary to cover the federal, state, local, and foreign tax withholding obligations, as well as related brokerage commission fees.
