(the “Law Firm”) has acted as counsel to Arazu, Inc., (the “Company”), a Florida professional association, in the preparation of a Registration Statement on Form S-1 (the “Registration Statement”), filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September , 2014 covering 4,260,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock held by the selling shareholders (the “Stock”) identified in the Registration Statement.
