Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 31, 2016 to report that Matt Erickson had notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position as co-Chief Operating Officer of the Company, with the effective date of his resignation to be determined. The effective date of Mr. Erickson’s resignation was August 1, 2016.
