Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 1, 2019, the lenders under the Company’s 2014 Revolving Credit Facility completed their regular semi-annual borrowing base redetermination process and reaffirmed the $2.3 billion borrowing base. The lenders’ aggregate commitment also remains unchanged at $1.0 billion.
