(b) Departure of Chief Marketing Officer
On May 31, 2016, Philip H. Bienert resigned as Chief Marketing Officer of GoDaddy Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. In connection with his resignation, subject to the conditions in his employment agreement with the Company, Mr. Bienert will receive separation payments under his employment agreement as described in the Company’s proxy statement on Form DEF 14A, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2016. The Company appointed Barbara Rechterman as Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, effective immediately upon Mr. Bienert’s resignation.
