Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 25, 2016, National Commerce Corporation issued a press release announcing the opening of a loan production office in Atlanta, Georgia through its banking subsidiary, National Bank of Commerce, and the hiring of four banking professionals in the Atlanta, Georgia market. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
