On January 10, 2025, Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain preliminary financial results for its third quarter ended December 28, 2024 in connection with its participation in the 2025 ICR Conference on Monday, January 13, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
