Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 7, 2021, a Form 4 was filed which inadvertently included a duplicate entry showing the exercise of an option on June 4, 2021 for 7,500 shares of the Issuer's common stock at an exercise price of $2.82. This amendment is being filed to remove the duplicate entry.
