Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares subject to this option vest in four equal annual installments, beginning January 5, 2012.

2. On January 5, 2011, the reporting person was granted this option to purchase 1,423 shares of Common Stock. This option vests in five equal annual installments based on the level of LNTH's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 fiscal years. A certain level of the performance criteria for each of fiscal years 2013 and 2014 was met, resulting in the vesting of this option as to 569 shares.

3. The shares subject to this option vest in four equal annual installments, beginning August 5, 2014.
