On May 19, 2015, USD Partners LP ("we" and "our") issued a press release announcing that our senior management team will participate at the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships 2015 MLP Investor Conference being held in Orlando, Florida. Among other things, the presentation includes additional information with respect to development projects at our sponsor, USD Group LLC, as well as our financial condition and results of operations as of March 31, 2015.
