1. These stock options were granted on March 21, 2012, and vested and became exercisable in four equal annual installments on the first four anniversaries of the grant date.

2. These stock options were granted on August 28, 2013, and vest and become exercisable in four equal annual installments on the first four anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued employment with the Company.

3. These stock options were granted on March 18, 2014 and vest and become exercisable in four equal annual installments on the first four anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued employment with the Company.

4. The price in Table 1, Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $44.26-$44.735, inclusive.
