On September 10, 2020, Therapix Biosciences Ltd. (the “Company”) convened a Special General Meeting of Shareholders, however, the meeting was adjourned for one week to the same day, time and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company’s Special General Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. (Israel time) at the offices of Meitar Law Offices, 16 Abba Hillel Silver Rd., Ramat Gan 5250608, Israel.
