Includes the distribution to the reporting person's direct holdings of 100 shares of the Issuer's Series C common stock on June 26, 2023, by the Maven 2017-1 GRAT; 160,962 shares of the Issuer's Series C common stock on February 29, 2024, by the Maven 2016-1 GRAT; and 118,320 shares of the Issuer's Series C common stock on June 26, 2024, by the Maven 2017-1 GRAT.

2. The price is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions ranging from $81.55 to $82.52, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Securities and Exchange Commission,the Issuer, or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

3. The price is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions ranging from $81.235 to $81.415, inclusive.
