Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 15, 2021, Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “press release”) announcing that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend which will be payable on April 15, 2021 to stockholders of record of the Company’s Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at the close of business on March 31, 2021. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
