The general meeting is allowed to discharge the Registrant’s board members and members of the Registrant’s senior management from liability for any particular financial year based on a resolution relating to the financial statements. This discharge means that the general meeting will discharge such board members and members of the Registrant’s senior management from liability to the Registrant; however, the general meeting cannot discharge any claims by individual shareholders or other third parties.
