ITEM 1. SECURITY AND ISSUER.
The security upon which this report is based is the common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of EliteSoft Global Inc. F/K/A ANDES 3 Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business located atUnit A-9-4, Northpoint Office Suite, No 1, Medan Syed Putra Utara, Kuala Lumpur, N8 59200 Malaysia.

ITEM 3. SOURCE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION
The Reporting person Richard Chiang sold 10,000,000 shares of the Issuer in a private transaction toEliteSoft Asia Sdn Bhdand received a sum of$40,000. After the sale, Mr. Chiangowns no shares of the Issuer's Common Stock.
ITEM 4. PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION.
The purpose of the transaction was for a change in control of the Issuer, based on a private sale of 10,000,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer by Reporting Person Richard Chiang to EliteSoft Asia Sdn Bhd. The transaction closed on February 27, 2014.
On February 27, 2015, following the execution of the SPA, EliteSoft Asia Sdn Bhd elected Mr. Eugene Wong, as a Director of the Company. Immediately following the election of Mr. Wong as a Director to the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Wong, acting as the sole Director of the Company, accepted the resignation of Richard Chiang as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Chiang’s resignation was in connection with the consummation of the SPA between Mr. Chiang and EliteSoft Asia Sdn Bhd and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
ITEM 5. INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER.
Applicable to the date of the above action, Richard Chiang beneficially owned no shares of the Issuer's Common Stock.
ITEM 6. CONTRACTS, ARRANGEMENTS, UNDERSTANDINGS OR RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESPECT TO SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER.
Other than as described in this Schedule 13D/A, the Reporting Person has no contracts, arrangements, understandings or relationships with any other person with respect to any securities of the Issuer.
