DBV Technologies Announces Filing of 2019 Universal Registration Document and 2019 Annual Report on Form20-F
DBV Technologies (Euronext: DBV – ISIN: FR0010417345 - Nasdaq Stock Market: DBVT) today announced the filing of its 2019 Universal Registration Document (URD) for the year ended December 31, 2019 with the French market authority “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF) and the filing of its Annual Report on Form20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
These documents can be accessed on the Investors & Media section of the Company’s website atwww.dbv-technologies.com. In addition, the Universal Registration Document is available on the AMF’s website atwww.amf-france.org and the Form20-F is available on the SEC’s website atwww.sec.gov.
